I'm upgrading a phone line with with AT&T. I am "possibly" eligible to trade in an iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, or newer phone with a cracked screen. The details on whether I qualify this year aren't 100% clear.
The phone needs to turn on and function so I can get the IMEI from the phone. It can be carrier locked to Verizon or T-Mobile, can have a low battery capacity, but not be blacklisted or otherwise network disabled.
Also need to be able to reset it (remove Apple ID.)

I'm looking to buy something in the $100+ range, definitely under $200. I am not really sure if my older plan qualifies for the "any condition" portion of the trade in.
They changed all of their plans and have made it very confusing this year. It would cost me about $550 (over 3 years) to upgrade to a higher level plan that definitely qualifies and gets the full discount amount. Not really worth it.

Right now I have a good quality iPhone 15 I am planning to trade-in. I'd like to keep that for a family member to use.
I want to be fair, but as I mentioned, I'm not sure the trade-in will work. I can buy a new iPhone 15 for $300, so I'm not looking to spend too much to try this.
Please send me a PM if you have something that would otherwise just sit in a drawer. Also willing to sell another iPhone 15 in exchange later if the trade in does work.
