p.2 #2 · Has Anyone had experience with an Omnar lens?
I have the Pantessa 35 f3.5. It's my EDC. I posted about it HERE.
Lovely rentering at a lens cap size. It's a real struggle to have to pick between that and the steel rim reissued when I want to go out with just a 35mm. The OOF area looks pretty decent too for a f3.5. It's quirky with huge focus throw, and the exposed helicoid is kind of weird, but the amount of work it took to optimize a classic lens does justify the price.

My 35mm NK 35-25 is a very interesting lens from my Nikonos days. Soon to shoot it against other 35mm.
I will try them on my M262 just to see what their character actually looks like on that camera with a character all its own.

maybe they will continue until demand drops off
