p.1 #1A head shot and a full-length portrait...
Bet you thought I had the wrong sub forum for a sec with that title

Common Anole

This is about 7.8MP which was left after cropping, so I guess the lens holds up pretty well to pixel level sharpness, heh.

Sony ILCE-7RM5 FE 400-800mm F6.3-8 G OSS ƒ/8.0 681.0 mm 1/1250 iso3200

This is about 42MP after crop, so only gave away a third of the resolution here,

Thanks Morris! I am leaning that way, the hard part is letting go of my 200-600mm but part of me is tempted to roll that and my RV into a trade up to an RVI... Hmmm....

Thanks mucho Karl! Your encouragement has had a profound effect on a few aspects of my work, not to mention grabbing this lens.

Plus, I've started culling my shots differently, using a star system using Sony IEDT in RAW before and only editing shots that make 5 star, and deleting anything less than 4 star... it has speeded up my post processing in ACR/PS so I don't burn out wasting time trying to edit or save photo's I'll never use, and it's saving hard drive space too as an added bonus. I have to just be ruthless in culling and focus more on the good stuff. So far I think its helped me enjoy doing PP more.
