Gorgeous shots, all three. A wonderful smile in #1.
A few nits - very minor stuff that may be a matter of taste or preference:
#1. You could remove the barely seen left ear ring.
In #1 and #3, consider a crop of the bottom to hide the arm (and its skin folds) and keep the viewer focused on the face.
#2 could use a bottom crop too. I think seeing less of the garment at the bottom would be more pleasing. I understand these crop suggestions may mess with your photo ratios.
Such nice lighting! I'd love to know how you control the rim light on her left side. I have such a difficult time controlling mine from spilling onto the nose and also the harshness of it. It's difficult to find that sweet spot where it's a gentle soft light like yours... Any tips on setting this up?
Nice work! No. 2 is my pick -- captivating.
In No. 1, I would consider burning in the 'Kicker' light spill over highlights on her nose and mouth.
Regardless, you did an excellent job with the lighting.

Actress headshots I purposefully do not edit things like that. I have a version I did for me.

This kicker is a AD 200 in a 1X4 Strip box. I just move it around until I get it where it needs to be. Putting her hair up helps kiss the cheek. I always err on the low side so I'm not losing detail in the highlights.
Trying to wrap my head around the shallow DoF, so I'd love to see what your shot parameters were.
I think I shot this at 3.5 as I wanted the eye to be drawn to her features and not her crazy hair. I do typically shoot regular headshots and portraits at 5.6 or above.

Yeah, I did some of that on another version. Typically on actor headshots I don't do a lot of retouching.
The attached is my version. And One at around 5.6 with no kicker at all.
These are really nice. Love how her hair up or down really changes her look. What a big natural smile, and very comfortable in front of the lens no wonder she is an actress.

A few recent headshots for an Actress, Director.
The last one with her hair pulled back shows some serious beauty!
The shape of her face accents the line "profile". With long hair...stunning!

Would it be improper to ask her age? She has an "age" of elegance about her and it has nothing to do with age. In mono she HAS to be stunning! She has very little "color" to conflict with but as a mono the depth is wonderful!
I just converted her to a mono in Nik just to see her face and the facial integrity@lines are just superb! Her "cosmetics" person is a wonder! It this woman does her own cosmetics, she needs to start a school!

Thanks for the kind words. I do not know her age but I'd assume late 20's early thirties. I think she did her own makeup as she showed up looking that way. The hair up look really elevates her look from cute to sophicticated starlet IMO. She's also a first AD on movies and other productions. Smart and funny.
So when the subject and the photographer harmonize outstanding images are formed.
For me these are captivating and very natural and just darn right spot on! I did agree with a few of the nits that Jim suggested but also completely understand when to retouch and when not to on your part.
Simplified ......... these are gorgeous!! Very nice work
