Rating a 9 for condition to be conservative - anything you see except for the end cap is more likely dust than anything else. Used on one trip since recent purchase earlier this summer, and lived up to its name with beautiful photos, and light weight for ease in travel.
End cap has a small ding as shown in photos, but lens and hood are in great condition.
