Well right now I own an A7CII, A7CR, A7V, A7RV, and an A1 II. I’m looking to reduce this flock but can’t decide what stays and what goes. Currently besides the A1 II, which is staying, I favor the A7CII, and A7V. I can’t decide if I like the reduced weight and size of the a7CR or the greater functionality of the EVF, rear LCD, multiple card slots of the A7RV or just give that all up for the smaller A7CR.
It’s a real hard choice since each body fill a need but it’s way too many cameras to really use, appreciate threads like these to understand how different people use their kits.

If you sold all but the A1ii, what would you be missing? What I’m asking is what would you not be able to do that you were able to do previously, other than carry two bodies?
If you had a medium format and 35mm film camera, medium format digital and your A1ii and asked what should I sell … Well, the use case for each might be somewhat unique, but it is difficult for me to see what different purposes your selection of cameras might serve.

My ideal kit right now: A7Cii for travel and A7R6 for everything else. I have not used the A7R6 enough yet to determine if it's going to suit me for faster-action capture. If not, I will be adding the A1ii.
If however the A7R6 is adequate, I will probably still want to add one more higher resolution body for my landscape work to save lens swapping. Currently I'm using the A7Cii for the ultra-wide zoom lens and so far it's doing fine and I haven't missed the extra MP, so maybe I just sit with what I have. If OTOH I decide to get another body, it's probably the A1ii or another A7R6. But possibly because of the price vs more than adequate performance for stills just an A7R5 or A7CR. I personally find the EVF in the A7Cii not all that bad, even compared to the A7R6 -- yes it's not as good, but it isn't horrible either and still works well enough to focus on a star manually from either the EVF or rear LCD, so the tiny size of the A7CR becomes an attractive asset.
I did forget to mention that I use my A1 II with a battery grip and typically with longer lenses. That is rig I use to shoot BIF and wildlife. Have another battery grip that works with the A7V and A7RV but right now I leave it off to keep those bodies more manageable in size. The A7RV is primarily used for landscape and architecture and the A7V for generally everything else. The two compact C bodies I originally bought for every day carry but really use the A7CII more than the A7CR.
Pretty much the same, gripped main body and the A7CR for travel and everyday use
Biggest annoyance is the grip. A grip extender makes it more comfortable but with a big prime the knuckle gap isnt big enough, a baseplate helps with the pinky issue but does dig into my palm with a heavier lens
