I like everything about this, the time of light, the progression of the waves, the posture of the fisherman, the sun rays seemingly shining down upon the fisherman, the waters shimmering in the middle ground: I just can't help but wonder how it might have looked in a landscape orientation. Thanks Douglas. I shot this in portrait orientation which is strange for me because I rarely do that. But I thought the same thing. I think I expected more out of the sky but I ended up blowing it out a bit and that top portion doesn't add a whole lot. Appreciate the input !

Lovely image, Gary. I agree with Douglas, and wonder if you have enough resolution to crop to a landscape composition using the bottom 1/3 or so. You could run it through Gigapixel or such to get more to play with. It might be worth playing with.
