Description:Up for sale is a classic vintage Leica IIIg rangefinder camera kit. This is the final model of the screwmount (L39) Leica line, famous for its large, parallax-corrected viewfinder.
Camera Body: Leica IIIg. Externally clean with minimal cosmetic wear. Viewfinder and rangefinder patches are bright and usable. Vulcanite is mostly intact.
Lens: Ernst Leitz GmbH Wetzlar Elmar f=5cm (50mm) 1:2.8 (Serial No. 1624328). This premium collapsible f/2.8 variant is the perfect matched pair for the IIIg. Aperture rings turn smoothly, and the collapsible barrel locks firmly into place.
Accessories Included: Original matching silver Leica metal lens cap and the original vintage Leica embossed brown leather ever-ready carrying case (shows honest cosmetic wear and does not have strap).
