p.1 #1 · R6 III/R5 II Compatibilty with Adapted Third Party EF UWA Lenses?

Wondering if anyone's tried any third party EF UWAs on an R6 III or R5 II for photo and video. Looking to get an UWA, but the Canon 16-35s seem pretty bad minus the F/2.8 III ($$$$) and the F/4 (slower, limited subject isolation). Are any of the third party 2.8s fully compatible with either of these cameras?

I haven't tried it on my R5 II, but I always thought the Sigma 14-24 f/2.8 Art was a fantastic lens on DSLRs. Its major problem was it was hard to use filters with it and that could be solved (for ND filters anyway) by using the adapter with the built-in ND filter. I have thought about getting this lens for my kit, but haven't pulled the trigger yet. Do let us know what you decide to do.

I used a Sigma 12-24 and later the 14-24 adapted to an R6 and R5 for a while and they both worked very well. I had the polarizing adapter with the 14-24 and that also was a great option that was far better than the giant front filter adapters one would have to use otherwise.
