This is arguably one of the finest 35mm focal-length lenses available for the 645 digital format. I've been using it on my GFX 100 II, where it performs exceptionally well. My photography has shifted primarily toward portrait work, so this lens has been sitting in my dry cabinet and deserves a new home where it will be used.
The lens is in mint condition. There is virtually no visible wear on the barrel, and the glass is spotless. The only cosmetic issue is that the small access door on the lens hood is missing, which is the only reason I wouldn't rate it a perfect 10/10. The sale includes the front and rear caps, along with the original hood (with the missing access door), exactly as shown in the photos.
Please don't confuse this with the earlier non-HD versions. If you're shopping for this lens, you're probably already familiar with the improvements offered by the HD optics. This is one of the most sought-after and premium Pentax 645 lenses, and examples in this condition are becoming increasingly difficult to find.
