This is from a few years ago "double S"! It is one of many "painted" gas pumps on the "Lincoln Highway (Route 30)" byway...This was 1 of many.
The dinner was a salad, broiled pork chop, mashed potatoes-gravy, green beans and an iced tea. Dessert was $2 extra for a piece of 6 layer chocolate cake.

Well this was no "slop shop" "pc"!
A full fledged garden salad, broiled pork chop, mashed taters and green beans and an iced tea.
For $2 more a piece of 6 layer chocolate cake or a free brownie and scoop of vanilla ice cream!
But I came back on a Tuesday for the "slippery pot pie" dinner! 'Round here the country "take" of the chicken pot pie is called a slippery pot pie meal.
It was delicious and the "Lincoln Highway" gas pump tour was an added bonus!!!
