I want to buy a busted Canon TS-E 24mm 2.8l Mk 1 (1990s version) from you.
Did you drop it and break the front element? Did you fill it with sand and it's grinding. Does it have so much fungus Michelin star restraints are calling? I want it.
I bought a lens with perfect glass but the shift mechanism is broken, both the dovetail slide and the rack that shifts the lens.
If I get a good shift unit from you, I can put it together with mine and have a good lens. The shift part and the rack have to be good, everything else can be broken beyond comprehension.
Ideally $100, but I think this is a common failure point as both parts seem to be forged then machined magnesium which is light, but not super strong.
I'd be willing to pay a bit more if your lens isn't that busted.
Honestly if you have any TS-E (original 1990s ones) I think I can make the dovetail work, let's talk.
