An attractive photo of a pretty lady. I like the expression on her face and the slight tilt of her head.
A few things I noticed. First the hair up top is sharply in focus and down below blurred considerably. The eyes seem a bit soft. I think the composition should have extended further at the bottom to include the end of the V neck. A different f stop could sharpen her while leaving the background nicely blurred.
