Purchased new, flown very occasionally, never crashed. Used for still images, the 1" sensor and lens on this drone are phenominal for still photography, as good as my Mavic Pro 4 at slightly lower resolution. Includes the RC1 controller (I used it with an IPad Mini), 2 batteries included, the battery charging hub (charges 3 batteries). Fantastic easy to fly drone. Took it to Iceland a couple times for great glacier photos.
