p.1 #1 · OM1 mark ii Sbutter blinks while in sequetial shooting electonic mode
I currently own 2 OM1-2 bodies and previously returned 1 body for replacement with B & H for the same problem. I bought 2 bodies last December with the 300 F4 and the 150-400 lenses. The first body stated acting like it was on manual shutter when it was on electronic shutter so I returned it for replacement. In Jan & Feb I took both cameras out west for a month and they work fine and took very good photos. About 8 weeks ago I swapped the lenses between camera bodies. Instantly both OM1-2 bodies developed the same eye piece flashing like the were on mechanical shutter. I reset one body to the default menu setting and only changed the setting to electronic sequential shooting and it still acted like it was on mechanical shutter. I sent this body in for service. Today I got a reply that it was working without the blinking in the eyepiece. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, is there a solution?

One reason you haven’t had any responses is that your post is confusing and hard to understand what your issue is. For instance, what is blinking in manual mode anyway? The camera has some degree of blackout with mechanical shutter and electronic shutter unless you’re in a high speed mode.
