This small songbird was having a ball playing in the stream at Kissena Park here in New York City. It showed no concern about being surrounded by birds twice it's size. These photos show it drying off on a very popular perch above the stream.

Great find and great photos, Morris. It kind of is a very shy bird and you caught it in great context. Years ago I photographed a white-eyed, but never a red-eyed. Fantastic series, again!
