I LOVE donuts and most pastries!! With a small coffee and a pastry or 2 donuts each..the price is, well a "sugar addicts" relief pill besides tasting so yummo...
I remember the "pink" pastry box from my Iowa daze, mid 1950's, and 10c a sugar raised, still warm, nugget of gold!

My local Dunkin' Donuts has become a nightmare!
Donuts are no longer made "in house". They ship them from another "DD" across town. By the time I get them, most times they are stale. I complain..they don't care....The gourmet party shop across the street...PRIMO baked goods BUT at a price..I use my "ration coupons" for there!
