Hi. I’m very interested in this. Do you know what the shutter count is? Also, do you have the paperwork for the service that was done in 2025? Any issues with the camera freezing up which requires a battery pull to restart?

Thanks
Matt

Hey Matt,

I have all the paperwork on the repairs. Shutter count is irrelevant on mirror-less cameras. I even asked Leica support this when I purchased it and they confirmed.

As far as the freezup issue, Leica repaired it and said SDXC 2 cards are not supported and this was causing the issue. They updated the firmware and directed me to use the SD Card Formatter Application to format the card first and then format it in camera as well, which takes seconds to do. It's been well over a year without any freezups or issues for me. Hope this answers your questions.

Thanks, J.
