I purchased this camera on June 26, 2025, from Used Photo Pro. SEE PHOTO BELOW WITH ALL INFORMATION.
At the end of the year 2025, I sold it to my father. Now, I am selling it for my father.
**** That means, whoever purchases this camera, I will be using my father's PP G&S account. If you need any proof from him, let me know, and I can put him in touch. It's so I don't have the purchase on my account for my accountant with my business.
As for the M6, details are below.
- The serial dates to 1985.
- There are probably about a dozen + tiny dots from the zinc bubbling on the top plate. A common problem with these. None of these have popped and have never had a problem.
- All functions work.
- Battery compartment is clean.
- Film advance is ULTRA SMOOTH. It's got the signature Leica buttery-smooth/mechanical vibe.
- Viewfinder is PERFECT. No dust, ultra sharp.
- The film door and the bottom plate lock are perfect.
- ALL SHUTTER SPEEDS ARE PERFECT.
- The zinc has that weird "graying" effect due to its age. For those who don't know, these Classic M6's are NOT black paint, so the zinc ages differently by sort of de-saturating and wearing the black to a kind of gray color. This is happening on the edges and in some other places. Honestly, I think it looks badass.
- Above the Leica dot logo on the front, there are a few little marks in the zinc. (See photo).
