After reading the early portions of your review I bought one. It's a focal length that I don't use too often but at this size and weight I can throw it in a bag and never notice the weight difference for when I find a scene that calls for it. Thanks for your review.
Tempted to upgrade from 21mm Color-Skopar f/4. Wondering if anyone did compare it to Ksana (especially on film)?
Have no problems with how CS f/4 renders on M11M (contrary to some online lore). On film though (my copy at least) has an obvious lack of clarity and micro-contrast side-by-side with other modest lenses in rotation.
SEM images look amazing, but the size, weight and the price put me off.
CS f/3.5 is not convincing (focus curvature, bokeh, brass weight).
