Great little lens. Includes Hoya filter and original box with manual and an aftermarket hood. I have the rear cap but lost the front one however the hood has a cap of its own. The hood shows paint wear on the rim.
Really clean with minimal signs of use. Glass elements are perfect. Marking it at 9 conservatively. I found the mk2 version of this lens for a great price.
This one priced lower than OMDS refurb + comes with extra goodies and box.

Tiny zoom lens for tiny m43 cameras. Works well. Shows signs of use. Includes both the caps. No box.
Glass elements are clean on the outside but I can see a dust particle inside the rear element. Doesn't affect the images but its there.
