For sale is a 1 of 250, mint condition copy of the Voigtlander Nokton Classic 35mm F/1.4 multi-coated VM MapCamera 25th limited edition for Leica M mount lens that I bought to pair up with my Leica MP and M-A. I've since sold both my film M bodies.
The lens was always used with a protective filter (not included in this sale) and the only marks which make it a 9+ condition instead of a 10 condition are the faint scuffs on the focus tab -- barely visible and I noticed these only after editing the listing photos.
This is a well centered copy of this limited edition release that mimics the steel rim 35mm Summilux both in appearance and rendering. What appeals to me about this lens are the very high level build quality and the crisp detents of the aperture ring. The lens body is constructed from brass (not the usual aluminum) under a silver chrome finish. This limited edition lens was released in 2019 and there were only 250 copies made (50 copies only for each letter: M, A, P, N, C).
