It's time to find a new home for my trusty 100-400. This was the first Sony telephoto that I purchased. It came to me used with an aftermarket foot, some light scratches on the case, and a hood that had been forced off. I replaced the hood with a brand new one, but ended up using the one that had been forced off. Both hoods are included. The lens was covered with a wrap the whole time I've had it (the original hood is still wrapped). The scratches on the lens housing are the same ones that came with it.
