Purchased these brand new from Amazon in September 2021 and I am the original owner. These have been well cared for and still sound great. I'm conservatively rating them an 8 due to their age but they have no visible marks or scratches. The sale includes the original box, Apple instructions, and the headphone cover. I do not have the original charging cord but will include a Lighting charging cable.
