I have an infamous "radioactive" lens with the Thorium element. The fantastic FL 58mm f/1.2.

This lens is a BEAUTY. I used it attached to an Urth adapted on my Nikon Z9 for personal work, and it was otherworldly. Completely underrated. Absolutely unique with character. YES, the Thorium has yellowed, but it's not a problem. There is some dust on the inside of the lens, but it's not noticeable at all.
