Cooper's Hawks in the Creek
p.1 #1Cooper's Hawks in the Creek
I witnessed something new today. A pair of Cooper's Hawks flew down to the creek and bathed themselves for 10 minutes. I've never seen this before and it was fun watching them give watch while the other would shake in the water.

I've never seen that happen with any raptor.

I've only seen hawks in the water when it was very hot. Nice find
