I'm not sure what lens you are thinking might be an L lens, but I would be very surprised if the RF-S 15-70 f/4 APS-C lens were an L. I think that lens will be an non-L like the 15-85 f/3.5-5.6 EF-S. As far as price I expect it to come in a kit with the R7 II and to add about $750 to the camera price.
