Not sooc, with a large colour calibration target you could get the M11 close for a specific lighting condition.
For M9, M240, M10 and M10-R they have a CFA less close to ideal which makes it less likely that you can calibrate to a match with another camera.
Worth noting that the HNCS is an attractive calibration pallette, not necessarily the gold standard for accuracy, making calibration to match it even harder. One also needs to factor in contrast curves etc so whilst you could probably make one scene almost match, making a single profile you can click to match Leica to HNCS for all scenes is going to be very unlikely.
