Their website says it’s a 180 day warranty. You can return it within 14 days, but there’s 15% restocking fee.

FWIW, usedphotopro.com (Roberts used camera operation) does list shutter count, also gives a 180 day return option, and shows the actual item that is For Sale. I seem to remember that KEH's photos are only representative.
Last time I looked KEH doesn't show images of the actual item you are buying, I'm referring to lenses, not sure if the same applies to bodies. To me this is a bigger issue. I don't need to see a generic shot of a lens, it serves no useful purpose, and might as well have no image at all (which is effectively the case). I've bought a couple of items from KEH over the years, but not seeing the item I'm buying is a show stopper for me, especially considering that sending it back will cost a fortune from outside the USA. I get it's not a big issue in the US, with cheap shipping.
Shutters have a finite life, therefore I'd like to know how much mileage they have done. A new shutter is not bank breaking but it is part of the calculation, especially if it might happen during a trip abroad! It is also an indication of how much use the camera has had, not infallible but at the majority do not use ES the majority of the time, especially for the kind of cameras bought second hand by enthusiasts, it is still a good indication. Outside wear means nothing. Our studio has multiple cameras with over half a million actuations that have never been off a copy stand. They look brand new and have been barely ever touched but that means nothing about their remaining shutter life.
