As a would be birder, I got this to play with out in back yard but I'm just too much a landscaper to need something this big & am replacing with another lens that will be more versatile for me. I'm not the birder I thought I was!
By all rights this could be offered as mint but I made a tiny mark on the tripod foot putting it on my tripod once. There are two other marks on the anodizing, one is a on the collar and another near the switches that is too faint to show. These came with the lens and I didn't notice either of them until checking out to sell.
It is a very sharp lens, no doubt about it.
82mm filter was placed on it at birth. Everything operates very nicely and not selling because of any operational faults At 83 I do find it heavier than I'd like, but even I can hand hold it on a Z8.
I updated the firmware on lens which stabilized the view nicely. It comes with every thing: Original Box, paperwork, caps, etc.
