Just got back from a river cruise along the Danube. Got a nice shot of the Budapest Parliament buildings using some old iron. The old G10 still does a more than adequate job.

Stan,
The vendors iron scale with weight attachments could be a photo subject" itself!

Do the vendors barter?

Great images of a friendly outdoor market!

Pete,
My little PowerShot died a few years ago but it did take a great image for such a little camera!

Beautiful rendering of fine architecture!

I agree, the scale caught my attention. The vendors in this particular market were not very open to my presence, so I didn't pursue it much, as much as I wanted to. On Flores the people were far more friendly and inviting than on Java. I wasn't really shopping for anything but I am pretty sure there's quite some bartering going on

Sunrise with waterfall and active volcano.

Normally I restrict myself to Canon photos but violating the "Canon only" restriction felt particularly warranted in this case.

Rob, I am green with envy. How did you manage to capture the barn swallow in full spread? I am lucky if I can catch one of them in a frame, much less in that kind of pose.

Well done. I doff my chapeau!

Apocolyptic Stan!!!
Just a fantastic image #1 is and the rest?? Primo!!!

#1 reminds me of an opening scene in some movie when the dinosaurs roamed the land and a volcano was spewing smoke!
Just wonderful!
