If you get a chance, do the swamp guided tour - it's great! When I did it it was very dry, so I only waded up to my knees or so; in wet times you'll get wet up to your chest. The interesting thing is, the invasive pythons have eaten all the small game that other snakes like water moccasins and gators might eat, so actually they see these critters rather rarely.
