This special version was made in a limited run of only 500 pieces for the Leica M8.2 Safari edition, making it very hard to find, especially in silver chrome as most were produced in black. The lens is in like new condition with no signs of use and a beautiful silver finish with no marks. The glass is pristine with no haze, fungus, or dust, and all functions work perfectly with smooth focusing, clean aperture clicks, and no oil on the blades. This is a rare and highly collectible 28mm lens in outstanding condition.
