Plaubel Makina W67 6x7 camera. Super portable and convenient—with its compact dimensions and rangefinder focusing, it has been nicknamed the “Texas Leica”. Nikkor 55mm f4.5 lens provides the approximate field of view of a 28mm lens in the 35mm format. This “W67” model is rarer and more compact than its “67” sibling w/ 80mm lens.
Lens is very clean, rangefinder focusing is accurate, and the internal light meter works just as it should. As when I purchased it a few years ago, the camera body has some wear marks, and there is a small crack in the corner edge of the viewfinder. Absolutely no impact on operation though--it takes wonderful photos.
