Hi Greg - This is Tether Tools. Which Leica SL model do you have? We have had no major issues reported with compatibility with any of the models.
If you have the SL2 or SL3 Series I would suggest our Optima 10G cables. Those should work without any issues at all.
If you have the SL, that is a Micro-B connection. That USB protocol can be finicky but it is compatible. The issue comes in more with the computer specs you are using to tether. Happy to elaborate more if using that model.

I'll be tethering my SL2 to either a Macbook Pro (M2) or an iPad Air (M2), both with the most current OS versions. I'll go take a look at the Optima 10G cables right now.
I am not tether tools but I can say I've tethered using capture one with both my ipad pro, and my laptop using Leica SL 1 camera in studio, I didn't have any issues at all and I primarily tether now to my ipad which works well, tether tools are pricy and you can get cables that work well for cheap but it always feel like a crapshoot. If you got the funds and don't mind spending it I would say tether tool cables are good because you know they'll just work.
