I bought used gear recently on eBay from Canada. Item was 80 (Canadian $) and shipping was 45 (Canadian). Received it without any additional payments or customs related issues. Not sure if that is because eBay already covered that from the shipping charges (shipping seemed a lot in my opinion). Never bought anything new from Canada (post recent tariffs). Additional information, it took painstakingly long time (27 days) to get the item though.
