I purchased this and used it on a trip to Yellowstone and one to Florida.
I find that since I am not keen to actually backpacking, I just use it for transporting to and from the car which is a bit overkill.
Easily fits 2x bodies, a 600mm f4, a 300mm f2.8, and TC's. You can fit the Z9 + 600TC attached, as pictured. (No bodies, lenses, or camera gear included).
