The Project:
As many of you know, "New" OEM stock for the M240/M246/M262 platform is mostly 2016 vintage. I am currently validating a cell-replacement protocol using modern 2026-production Panasonic/Varta cells to restore these packs to better-than-factory specs. To stress-test the process and ensure consistency, I need more donor cores.
What I’m Looking For:
Condition: "Dead" (0V), won't charge, blinking yellow error light, or holds charge for <10 minutes.
Physical: Casing must be intact (no cracks or severe swelling). Cosmetic wear is fine.
Vintage: Any (2012 "Inca" or 2015+ "Varta" labels).
