I’ve been holding out for it due to its likely performance/cost benefit. But given its apparent size, I am leaning towards a used Batis 40 instead. I know, essentially apples to oranges, but either fills my gap albeit differently.

Careful with this assumption. Everyone is in for a shock. If you find a good deal on a Batis, go for it.

I finished typing out the first draft of my review this morning. I think the best one word summation would be "excoriated".

The first one is very bright to my eyes jowul. Intentional? The second one is just bright, can be discussed, but not as the top image.
