Hi everyone,
I’m looking to pick up a nice, simple 35mm film camera for black & white shooting. This will be more of a fun, everyday carry rather than a collector piece or heavy pro setup.
Ideally looking for:
• Reliable mechanical or semi-mechanical body
• Something compact and enjoyable to use (not too bulky)
• Clean lens with good contrast for B&W
• Fully functional — no light leaks, shutter issues, or haze/fungus
• Prefer a normal focal length (around 40mm–55mm), but open to options
Not looking for anything overly expensive — just a solid user camera with character.
