At last some decent light so I got out to a couple of local spots - nothing special but it exercised a few photo muscles.

Slogging through the snow should have exercised more than just photo muscles, John! The last is my pick for the shadows and topography.

Slogging through snow is not fun at my age so most of my snow images come from 'not-far-from-the-car" territory I must admit- so not much muscle work !

- but the atmosphere is still invigorating.

As a sometimes sculptor i love the 'plasticity' of snow forms and their abstract qualities when isolated.
