Gyr Falcon

I met "Ernie" and his handler today while driving out to a customer's house. I saw them, did a U-turn, parked, and asked if I could take pictures. Ernie is 18 and has been with his handler since he was 55 days old. He is used for hunting ducks. What an amazing encounter.

Your "children" are going to be jealous that you have found another "friend"!
Hope all is well with the "kids" and a Happy New Year to you and them!
