I visit this hidden gem in every season but find Winter the best when there is snow on the ground. We have had 14 straight days of sub freezing only rising into the mid 20's and wind chills below zero!
HDR brought out what the rust patina really looks like.

Actually the "cabin" is the 2 cow stall. The "cabin" is to our right. No inside plumbing and a park ranger lives in it...sometimes.. and NOT this Winter! though. Brutal cold and snow this year!
