Here is a very nice copy of this classic camera. I'm not shooting as much film as I once did, and I still have at least a half dozen other 35mm cameras, including Nikon. I promised my wife I'd thin the herd if she let me buy a Leica Q3 43, which she did.
This one is in great shape, with accurate shutter speeds and meter. I recently put new leather on the outside, not because the old was bad, but I wanted a different look. It's a very nice deep red (more burgundy). At the same time, I replaced the foam seals after noticing a light leak (which is corrected).
The price is for the camera body, but I'm more than happy to sell it and the lens as a package. The price is net to me, and I will cover CONUS shipping.

I'm 95% sure this is the lens they refer to as the "Long Nose". It has a much nicer all metal build than the newer E series. The front and back elements are both in good condition, and there is only minor dust inside (nothing objectionable for the age). The body is also in good condition as shown in the photos. I hunted around for a nice copy when purchasing this a few years ago.
As with the camera, the price is net to me, and I will cover shipping.
