The filagree patterning of frost is truly a spectacle to enjoy ......... you really did fine on these captures and the slight color tones are just perfect!! EXCELLENT

Thanks Karl. They reminded me of the etchings on some crystal glasses we just packed away.

Superb abstract Gary!!!!
I love ice crystals also!
What lens did you take these with?
Here in Mary-land it has been a VERY cold winter so far. Below zero wind chills and below freezing daytime temps. Snow and ice we got Sat-Sun is still causing a mess travel wise.
Stay warm!
Dan
These were taken with the OM-1 and OM System 90 3.5 Macro
It's been brutal Dan. Temps in single digits and way too much snow. We need a thaw really bad.

Thanks for the info...I was just wondering. It renders a fine image!
So do we Gary! Just so I can clear my driveway to bare asphalt. I cleared the driveway Saturday but we got ice Sat night into Sunday morn on top and it was like "sandpaper" so traction was better than ice on bare pavement. I left it and now regretting it. 5F this morning and it hasn't been out of the 20's for 2 weeks.

These are just great Gary! I would have guessed that they are artistic etched glass. Good eye and imagination on your part and very well captured! Fun to view. Steve
My first thought was etched glass also thanks Steve
