Sadly I have not, though I just saw one on my backyard feeder.
I believe it was a leucistic Downy Woodpecker. It was all white with very light, barely visible gray bars on its wings. The stupid doves in the yard spooked it before I could think about grabbing my camera.
I'm hoping he's a neighborhood resident, so I might have a chance at a shot -- that would probably be a 'lifer' for me, since I didn't even know such a thing existed until researching it -- considered 'extremely rare'.
Would love to see a shot, if someone has one.

Awesome, thanks for the photo. The one I saw this morning didn't have the red on his crown, but otherwise looked very similar.
What I read said that they are very rare -- keep that image safe.

At the same time as the woodpecker was around there was a leucistic cardinal as well. I saw them both over a period of a couple months.
The first time I saw the cardinal I thought he had snow stuck on him.
