I found this Leica-m to nikon-z adapter. Seems to provide some of the functionality of the ttartisan 6-bit adapter, and also allows for close-up focusing.
You set the adapter to announce a focal length and then keep it on that lens. If moved to a different lens you need to update what it announces to the camera. It saves having to go into the menu and setting it, or picking it from your list of lenses set up, when switching lenses. But to get this you need one adapter per lens.
