I bought this head new in 2018 and used it for about 4 years until I switched to smaller cameras. Since then, it's been sitting in the box in my closet. Time to pass it on to someone who can use it.
As shown in the photos, it has a couple of marks/scuffs on it but nothing that affects function. It's working as it should. The blue Benro plate is included, but it also works with the Arca-style plates that you probably already have.
