The ribs look good!
Very much like the depth of this one, Bob.

Fun place you found, Bob. Perfectly captured.
Instead of cabbage, mustard greens in the sauerkraut? ;-)

Excellent, they don't make them like this anymore, up here, and those that were have been gutted, Robert.

Nice. I'd get the corned beef or pastrami reuben, but don't discount the fried bologna sandwich...

Surprised they don't have a pimento cheese sandwich, because that could be money.

Thank you! Looks as if you've checked out the menu

Thank you everyone! An establishment I try to visit occasionally. This past year they won the Best Sandwich award as voted by readers of Augusta Magazine.

German and variations thereof cuisine, owned and operated by the same family since 1879
link . Occasionally lots of headwinds but they're persevering.

My favs Brat (grilled), toasted bun, 'kraut, yellow mustard, side of German potato salad, or, Rachel (turkey Reuben), toasted seeded rye, yellow mustard, side of German potato salad.
