That said. Is this a scan from an analog negative? I'm seeing some dust artifacts, particularly in the water area. Dealing with dust was the bane of my existence back when everything was shot on film, and had to be digitized for publication.
If you process in Lightroom, there is a new AI dust removal tool that is worth a shot. I'm getting geared up to camera scan a bunch of my old negatives and slides, and will have to once again figure out the best workflow.
